By accessing and using the services of Seattle CPA Firm LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Seattle CPA Firm LLC provides professional accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business advisory services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in engagement letters provided to each client.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or to discontinue services with proper notice if we determine that continuing the relationship is not in our best interest or if the client fails to meet their obligations.

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Detailed fee schedules will be provided in engagement letters. We accept payment by check, credit card, debit card, and ACH transfer.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law or professional obligations. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
All services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IRS regulations, and state licensing requirements. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by law.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may terminate the client relationship with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered through the termination date. We will provide copies of client documents and work product upon request and payment of all outstanding fees.
All methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes used in providing our services remain the intellectual property of Seattle CPA Firm LLC. Clients receive a license to use work product created specifically for them but may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of King County, Washington.
